2nd Midwife appointment

Yesterday we went to my second midwife appointment.  She told me that I needed to be more active so I would be better prepared for labor.  Some of the things that she told me to do are: lunges, squats, walking up and down stairs, swimming and walking.  I also asked if I could vacuum and mop, and she said yes.  My goal for the next two months is to prepare my body for labor, and to lessen carbs and sugar in my diet.  Continue to pray for me to reach my goals and to mentally prepare myself for Shiloh coming into the world.  It's an exciting time for our family, and it is getting closer!
